Massage improves all-over well-being and is beneficial for physical and mental health. Regular massage helps release everyday stress and muscle tension and prevent sport-related injuries. Massage helps to reduce cortisol levels and increase serotonin levels and just makes you feel great.

Practical information what you can expect:
A small, intimate group of up to 6 people
Place :The Shore Clinic in Edynburg, nice and cozy place where from first minutes of our event you can feel the atmosphere and specific of the massage therapist work
Timetable : Classes from 9.00 to 17.30h across 1 day.
Workshop plan includes: Workshop introduction, a few words about massages, specificity of a massage therapists work, our view of what massage is and what it is not 😉indications and contra-indications for massage (it is always good to know😉),presentation of selected classic massage techniques on individual parts of the body, full body massage, suggestions for proven massage routines, practice and exercises in pairs,
Resources : We provide a fully equipped practice room, massage oils,
During workshop we provide coffee, tea and mineral water in the clinic.
We plan to have one long lunch break, which you can spend in a nearby cafe or bar where you can eat something delicious.
